A 20-year-old woman has been left fighting for her life in hospital today after a kangaroo court in India ordered her to be gang-raped for having an affair with a youth from another village.
The brutal punishment was allegedly carried out by the very same ‘court’ which found her guilty in a village near Suri in west Bengal state, 150 miles from Kolkata, police said.
Police said that all 13 accused men - ten of whom made up the kangaroo court - have since been arrested for rape. Among them is the village headman.

As the woman remained in intensive care today, further horrific details of the gang-rape punishment emerged.
Villagers told the Times of India that after the kangaroo court ordered her to be sexually savaged after she was caught sitting with her Muslim lover in another village, she was dragged onto a raised bamboo platform 'so that the gang rape was viewed by the entire village, children included.'

The terrified woman and her lover had sat tied to separate trees as the 'court' discussed her 'crime'. Her lover was released after he promised to pay his fine, but the woman was not spared because her family did not have the money to pay immediately.
Despite her critical condition and clinging to life, the female victim managed to tell her story to The Times of India.
'I had an affair with a man,' she told the paper.
A doctor told the paper that the young woman was alive 'only because she is a tough tribal girl.'
The woman's distraught mother said that 'the crime was committed by our own people.'
She added: 'They tortured my daughter and dumped her home late at night. We were threatened not to go to police.
'We tried to go to Bolpur hospital, but they stopped us.'
The paper said the woman was raped in a village in the Labhpur police station area.
It was on Monday afternoon that a group of tribal men found the woman sitting with her lover, who is from Chowhatta village and of a different religion.
They dragged the two of them to a religious place known as a 'than' where a makeshift court was hastily put together on the orders of the tribal chieftain.
Police said that the youth was told to pay a fine of £245 and warned that if he did not pay, men from the village would 'have fun with the girl.'
With no money forthcoming, the woman was allegedly tied to a tree before she was forced into a shed and raped continuously until Tuesday morning.

The woman's family were forced to remain indoors throughout Tuesday, doing their best to care for their daughter who was bleeding from severe injuries.
According to the Times of India, the family managed to slip out late on Wednesday afternoon and take the woman to a health centre, where doctors said she should be taken immediately to the nearest hospital.
But from that hospital she was shifted on to Suri hospital in a critical condition at night.
'This is when the crime came to light,' said police officer Prashanta Chowdhury. 'She was gang raped and the details are yet to be investigated.'
The shocking incident is not the first time that a woman has been punished for having an affair in the area.
Four years ago a teenage girl was stripped and forced to walk naked through four villages, during which hundreds of people molested her and mocked her.
They even filmed her with mobile phones, which resulted in police moving into the area and making arrests.
The girl received a bravery award from Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and today she lives in a state-run welfare home.

A disturbed Delaware woman allegedly had sex with a dog in her home while her boyfriend photographed her.
Samantha L. Golt, 24, and James P. Crow, 25, were arrested on Tuesday, January 10, following an investigation into their heinous act, state police said.
The investigation began on December 28 when a concerned neighbor tipped off state troopers about the abuse of a canine, according to court documents.
Troopers found that Golt had engaged in sexual intercourse with a dog in her home west of Milford, Delware, while her boyfriend Crow took photographs, said Master Corporeal Gary Fournier.

The date of offense was listed in court papers as occurring between 8am on August 31, 2012 and 1:12am on December 29, 2012, according to records.

Investigators compared Golt’s driver’s license photo with the photographs seized as evidence in order, Fournier said.
By doing so they were able to positively identify her, he said.
Golt and Crow were each charged with one count of felony bestiality and felony second-degree conspiracy.
The perverted couple were later released after posting $12,000 secured bail.
A state police spokesman said that the couple was issued a no-contact order with any animal during their initial court appearance on the charges.
Authorities said a local SPCA was notified at the time of the investigation, and that no animals were removed before charges were filed this week.
Beth Butts, Kent County SPCA spokesman, told Delaware State News that a bestiality charge is rare, and the shelter ‘feels like any level of animal abuse is absolutely abhorrent.’
‘Animals need to have protection the same as children do in that they are innocent and can’t defend themselves,’ she said.
Butts said that domesticated animals build up a level of trust with their owners and can be more vulnerable to abusive attacks.
‘If you have a dog or any other pet that trusts you and you begin hitting or kicking it or committing any kind of abuse, they will not bring much of a defense because they’ve been under your protective, trusting care for a period of time,’ she said.
‘They think you’re supposed to be supporting their needs, not abusing them, and don’t react like they should to an attack.’

A drunken mother had a sexual threesome with two schoolboys and then told police they had raped her.
Kelly Baker, 34, of Tadworth, Surrey, performed oral sex on a 14-year-old boy as the older youth, aged 16, had sex with her.
The mother-of-four, who engaged in the activity as her two-year-old toddler slept in the same bed, escaped jail today.
A judge heard that her shocking actions might never have come to light had the boys’ friends not allegedly trashed her house, stolen her mobile phone and cash from her wallet or eaten her children’s Easter eggs.
Up to eight other youngsters were partying at her house at the time of the sex session, the court heard.
Later Baker phoned police to report all 10 teenagers for burglary and later accused the schoolboys of raping her.
However, detectives believed the boys instead of her and charged her with having sexual activity with a child.
She admitted the charge during what would have been the first day of her trial last month.
Prosecutor Hannah Duncan told the judge sitting at Guildford Crown Court that the offence happened with Baker's young children in the house.
She said: ‘This happened as the defendant's two-year-old son was laying on the bed asleep.
‘The defendant's nine-year-old daughter, who didn't see (the sex session), was wandering around the house asking where her mum was.’
Baker had downed three bottles of wine before the house party turned into a full blown sex session, the court heard.
Baker danced with the older boy and later performed a sex act on him in the kitchen and bathroom.
The pair then moved to the bedroom after his friends kept walking in on them and laughing.
They were then joined by the uninvited under-age teenager.
Baker performed a sex act on the minor after his request, while the older teenager - above the legal age of consent - had sex with her.
A sex toy was also produced by the boys from the defendant's bedroom drawers and used on her, the hearing was told.
Ms Duncan went on: ‘Both boys left the house together and were the last to do so.
‘As the defendant went downstairs she found the house had been left in a complete mess. She found money had been taken from her wallet, her phone was gone and her children's Easter eggs had been eaten or were taken.
‘She phoned police and said she had been burgled by 10 people she didn't know, while she had gone out to find her daughter.
‘She did not mention anything of a sexual nature which had happened.
‘However the rumour mill got to work on the estate where she lives and people began to confront her about what happened.
‘Then she called the police again and said she had been raped,’ said the prosecutor.
"She said she was out of it. They did what they did without her consent.’
The boys were interviewed, but not arrested by police.

Judge Peter Moss was told that a group of 10 teenagers had been hanging out with Baker's eldest daughter that day and had gone back to the house in Bidhans Crescent, Tadworth, Surrey, at about 9.30pm on April 18, last year.
Baker had been drinking with a friend earlier in the evening and was heavily intoxicated when the party entered the early hours.
The 14-year-old victim said in his impact statement that he had been labelled a ‘rapist’ and a ‘granny s******.’
Ms Duncan read an extract which said: ‘I know now that sexual intercourse is something special. At the time I didn't think anything of it.
‘I was young and easily persuaded.’
Jelaga King, defending Baker, told the judge: ‘She is very remorseful. She is not a sexual predator grooming a child for her own gratification.
‘She is as much the victim as the victim himself.’
He said the offence happened after the breakdown of her marriage and Baker turned to alcohol as a way of coping.
Sentencing Baker to a three-year community order, Judge Moss said: ‘This represents the disgraceful state you had got yourself in.
‘I believe this was a one-off offence and this will never happen again. You do not pose a serious risk of harm to the public.’
She will complete 200 hours of unpaid work and was signed up to a Sexual Prevention Order.
Baker will also undergo single and group sessions as she battles her alcohol addiction.
She must be supervised when she is around children under the age of 18 years.

A man rejected by his ex-wife went on to have sex with her bull mastiff dog shortly afterwards, a court heard today.
Kelly Thacker claims to have found her ex-husband Nicholas Saunders, with whom she has two children, in her bed having intercourse with the animal on January 15 last year.
The 46-year-old denies the charge but accepts he was naked in the bed with the dog.
Gloucester Crown Court heard Saunders had been kicked out of his house following an argument with his girlfriend and had sought out sympathy at his ex-wife's home.
The pair had remained on friendly terms following their separation and Saunders, from Lechlade, Gloucestershire, had visited Mrs Thacker and stayed overnight at her house in the past.
But, the prosecution said, Saunders was looking for more than just comfort that night and when Mrs Thacker made it clear to him he did not have a chance with her he turned to the large dog, named Sasha.
Frank Abbott told the jury of seven women and five men that Saunders had got undressed and climbed into Mrs Thacker's bed while she went downstairs to sleep.
He said: 'A little later, the dogs - one of which is a bull mastiff, a large dog - came upstairs and laid on the bed. He said to the dog "You've just ruined my chances."
'Meanwhile, downstairs in the lounge, Mrs Thacker could hear things going on upstairs. She heard the defendant rummaging around.
'She then heard him whistle to the dogs, which had since gone downstairs, and they went upstairs.
'Sasha, the dog, got onto the bed. Mrs Thacker became curious and she went upstairs.
'She saw him, in fact naked, the dog on the far side of the bed facing away from the defendant and that he was clearly trying to have sex with the dog.

'She couldn't believe what she was seeing.'
The jury was told Saunders claims he was in the bed with the dog, but denies trying to have sex with it.
Following his arrest Saunders provided police with a sample from his genitals and forensic examinations showed the DNA of a dog was found, Mr Abbott told the court.
He added: 'There is no doubt that that is the position and that supports what the witness said happened.'
He told the jury they would have to consider the possibility the dog left DNA on the bed and because Saunders was naked it could have been picked up from the covers.
But he also asked them to think about where the DNA had been found on Saunders' penis.
Giving evidence, Ms Thacker, who was married to Saunders from 1999 to 2002, told the court the incident left her in 'utter shock'.
Ms Thacker, who owns a male boxer as well as the bull mastiff dog, said her ex-husband turned up at her house at about 1.45am and was 'a little bit drunk' following the argument with his girlfriend.
She said: 'He was staggering a bit. He said "She's f***** me about again". I presumed that she'd been seeing someone else.'
She told the court that later that night she went upstairs and was looking through the banisters when she saw Saunders with the dog.
She said: 'It was just too quiet, whereas he'd been mumbling before, so I thought I would just go and check.
'I didn't go all the way up, just halfway to the top banister.'
Ms Thacker said she saw Saunders trying to have sex with the animal.
She told the court: 'I think I must have hit some kind of shock and I hid back a bit. I then looked round again.
'He was on all fours holding her thighs. He was having intercourse with her. She wasn't even moving.
'I plucked up the courage to go upstairs and told him to get out. He jumped off the dog and laid down and just said he was tired.'
Ms Thacker reported the incident to the police later that day after discussing the incident with their teenage daughters.
But in cross-examination it was suggested to the court that it was Saunders who spurned Ms Thacker's advances that night.
'Isn't it right that as Mr Saunders climbed over the dog to get into bed that you said "I bet you'd rather shag the dog than me"?' Sarah Jenkins, defending, asked.
'No,' Ms Thacker said.
Miss Jenkins went on: 'You were spurred by him that night. It was out of spite you made this complaint.'
It was also alleged that Ms Thacker was annoyed that her ex-husband used her house as a bed for the night and it was for these reasons that she made the allegation against her ex.
Mrs Thacker told the court: 'I don't lie. It's been a long, hard year and a half, but I stick to what I saw.'

The California mother who was caught having sex with her 16-year-old son plead no contest to the counts against her.
Mistie Atkinson, 32, pleaded ‘no contest’ to a litany of charges, including incest and oral copulation with a minor.
The Napa Valley Register reported that the plea has the same legal standing as making a plea of ‘guilty.’
She could be sentenced to as many as four years and eight months in state prison, but could be out in as little as two years and four months for good behaviour.
Atkinson reportedly had no contact with her son until last year when she began sending him inappropriate messages on the social networking site.
The boy was living with his father at the time. Atkinson did not have custody rights to her son.
Police said the teen had videos on his cell phone that showed his mother performing oral sex on him.
They also recovered nude photographs Atkinson had sent her son as she began the illicit relationship earlier this year.
'It appears she hadn't had any contact with the son for 15 years' a source told the New York Daily News.
'She contacted him late last year via Facebook and was sending him messages inappropriately.'
The sexual contact began after police began responding to domestic violence reports between Atkinson and her boyfriend, with whom she lives in Nice, California.
The teen was aware that Atkinson was his biological mother.
Court records do not reveal how much contact the teen had with his mother before they began their affair.
But investigators said Atkinson had no custody rights to the boy.
'Atkinson and the victim are aware they are biological mother and son,' investigators wrote in an arrest affidavit.
Atkinson and the teen were found in a motel room in Ukiah, California, on March 2nd.
She was booked into the Napa County Jail and charged with incest, oral copulation of a minor, contact with a minor for a sexual offense and sending harmful matter to a minor.
Police said in a court filing that videos captured from the boy’s phone show Atkinson allegedly performing oral sex and engaging in sexual intercourse with the teenager.
The time coded videos were dated Feb. 3 and Feb. 4.
Atkinson is also alleged to have sent nude pictures of herself to the boy from her cell phone.
She also allegedly exchanged sexually explicit messages with the teenager and they talked about running away together, court documents stated.
Atkinson is being held in jail on bail of $200,000
Court records show that the father of the boy has obtained a restraining order against Atkinson.
The alleged incest mirrors a case three years ago when Aimee Louise Sword, of Waterford. Michigan, used the Internet to track down a son she had given up for adoption when he was a toddler.
The pair began a sexual relationship that reportedly went on for several months before the boy's legal guardians found out.
Sword pleaded guilty to third-degree sexual assault and was sentenced to a minimum of 9 years in prison.
At her hearing, she apologized to the court and her children, explaining that she didn't understand why she had behaved in such manner and would seek counseling.

A woman who admitting allowing her five-month-old daughter to be raped by a man she met online was handed down two consecutive life sentences without probation today.
Tessa L. Vanvlerah, 22, from St Louis, was charged with first-degree statutory rape and sodomy, as well as incest and child pornography.
Her attorneys failed to convince a judge that she should get probation because she suffers from a psychological disorder.
Dr Brooke Kraushaar said a dependent-personality disorder caused Vanvlerah to participate in the sexual fantasies of Kenneth M. Kyle, 49, a college professor from California, even though she knew sex acts involving her then-five-month-old daughter were wrong.

Kyle was sentenced to 37-and-a-half years in prison in March after pleading guilty of abusing the infant during several occasions in 2009, according to St Louis Today.
Along with hundreds of child porn images on Kyle's computers, investigators found information that led them to the St Louis area, where Kyle had visited Vanvlerah four times in five months since meeting online.
During those visits, prosecutors say the pair had sex with the girl and each other at various hotels.
Dr Kraushaar also told the court that the 22-year-old was so afraid of being rejected by others that she also allowed Kyle to choke, burn and urinate on her.
But prosecutors said Vanvlerah exercised free will when she started communicating online with Kyle and sharing child pornography. She also carved his name into her arm at his request but refused when he suggested bestiality.
They also said she spoke with another man who sent her child pornography and invited him to also come and have sex with her infant daughter.
Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Kathi Alizadeh also pointed out that Vanvlerah willingly posed for pictures with Kyle and her daughter.
St Louis today also reported that a woman obtained an order of protection in 2008 against Vanvlerah, then 18, accusing her of seducing and having sex with the woman's 16-year-old autistic son.
The autistic boy is believed to be the father of the infant in the case.
The infant, who is now three years old, was placed with a foster mother who has since adopted her.
She read out a victim's impact statement saying the child would scream when anyone bathed her or changed her diaper.
Even now she has night terrors and asks every night to make sure no one comes into the home.
The woman, in tears, said the girl was getting better day by day now that she 'is no longer Tessa's plaything and she is no longer Tessa's child'.

A 48 year old woman has been accused of having sex with a 13 year old boy TWICE a week for the last two years.
Melissa Eaton appeared in court to face multiple charges of rape and sodomy.
Court documents reveal that juvenile authorities alerted police about the ongoing sexual relationship between Eaton and the teenage boy at her home in New Madrid, Missouri.
They said the relationship had begun when the boy was 13-years-old and lasted until he was 15.
According to records, investigators believe they engaged in a sexual act twice a week.
Sheriff Terry Stevens said the relationship began in April 2010 and ended when police became involved in February 2012.
Sheriff Stevens told KFVS 12 TV that cases like this are never easy to deal with.
'We have seen case like this prior, but they are not real prevalent,' said Sheriff Stevens.
'Not to the point where we feel like it is an epidemic or anything like that. But, it is a real issue that we have dealt with on more than one occasion.'
Eaton pleaded not guilty to statutory rape and sodomy when she appeared in court.
She is being held in the New Madrid County jail without bond.

A special education teacher has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old student and supplying him with drugs.
Jessica Pomerleau is said to have had a months long affair with the teen.
The 36-year-old also alleged to have supplied him with marijuana during the course of their affair.
Pomerleau, a teacher at Massabesic High School in Waterboro, Maine, was arrested after a concerned parents tipped off police.
Officials believe the relationship took place during the last school year and possibly into the summer.
Pomerleau, who is married, has been at the school for four years, with the last three as a special education teacher in the 'Success Program.'
She was withdrawn from the classroom on September 29th when school officials learned about the underage sex allegations.
School district Superintendent Dr. John Davis said:
'This is a very serious issue and we will work closely with law enforcement to determine all the facts and then make the appropriate decisions.'
Investigators visited Pomerleau's home and removed several items which have been sent to the Maine State Police crime lab.
Police said another student's mother notified them alleging the 36-year-old carried on the relationship with a 15-year-old former student and gave him marijuana.
The alleged victim is no longer a student at the school.
After being charged with gross sexual assault and aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs Pomerleau was booked into York County Jail.
'We are taking the position that there have been no sexual relations with any students at any time,' her attorney John Webb told a local paper, saying turned herself in to police because 'we felt it was the responsible thing to do.'
She was later released on $10,000 bail but faces up to ten years in jail if convicted of both crimes.

A pregnant teacher has been arrested for having sex with a student at a boarding school for children with special needs.
Brittany Larson, 27, of New Milford, Connecticut, was charged on October 13 after a month-long investigation and was charged with second-degree sexual assault of a minor who was unable to consent.
She is accused of having sex with a 16-year-old boy at the Devereux Glenholme School in New Milford.
She was arrested at the home she shares with her husband and is pregnant with her first child.
According to an online baby registry the child is due in mid December.
The school caters for young people, ages 10 to 18,who have been diagnosed with Asperger's, ADHD, OCD, and Tourette's syndrome.
School officials are said to have learned of the allegations and contacted police, after hearing she had sex with the student, 16, on school grounds.
Patrick Queenan, assistant executive director of the school, said: 'As would be expected, we are taking this situation extremely seriously and are conducting a thorough and thoughtful review.
'All the while, we will continue to provide the most exceptional educational and living environment for our students. As a specialized school for children with unique learning needs, we understand the special challenges sometimes faced by our children.'
He confirmed Larson had been sacked.
According to her Facebook page, Larson received a degree in psychology from Western Connecticut State University in 2008.

A 55-year-old woman has been jailed after allegedly having sex with 12-year-old boy while knowing she had the HIV virus.
Investigators said Debra Flowers Haggerty exposed the boy to a 'deadly weapon' after he came into contact with her saliva during a sex act.
Court documents filed in Houston, Texas, reveal that Haggerty is HIV positive.
The alleged assault took place at her sister's home.
According to the arrest report Haggerty unzipped her young victim's trousers and engaged in a sex act with him.
The boy told his local TV station that he feels 'assaulted and depressed' after the alleged attack.
'I was telling her to move, move. I feel like she shouldn't do that to no child. I feel like she shouldn't do that to me or others,' the victim said.
'She unzipped my pants.' The victim has been checked out by doctors and told he has not contracted the HIV virus, but he said he is still fearful he might yet develop the illness.
Haggerty, who has a grown up daughter, was charged with aggravated assault with a child.
She is being held on jail on a bond of $30,000 and faces up to ten years behind bars if convicted.

A single mother aged 36 who had sex almost 200 times with a 12-year-old boy was today jailed for nine years.
Angela Sullivan even gave the boy - who is the same age as her own son - a pair of trainers as a reward after he slept with her for the 100th time.
When police arrested her in October, they found her diary marked with childish entries, and 191 stars against dates when they had sex.
Unemployed Sullivan, of Middlesbrough, admitted 10 specimen charges - relating to one sex session for each month of their fling last year - of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.
Jailing Sullivan for nine years, Judge John Walford described the case as 'shocking'.
'You took advantage of this boy's age,' the judge said.
'While I accept from the papers that you did not ply him with drink, the fact of the matter is that to allow a 12-year-old boy to drink, such that he did become intoxicated, is in my judgment shameful.'
The judge condemned Sullivan for the psychological effect her conduct would have on the victim and her own son.
'But having read the pre-sentence report and the psychiatric report upon you I am prepared to accept this was an aberration, albeit one that was long lasting, rather than anything more serious.'
Earlier, prosecutor Richard Bennett told Teesside Crown Court that the abuse started on the night of a party she threw at her home in January last year.
'On the 3rd to the 4th January the defendant threw a belated New Year's party,' he said.
'Alcohol, including spirits, was available and it seems the young children at the party were freely able to consume it.
'During the course of the party the defendant said to the boy, 'Are you daring? Are you a devil? Are you game?'
'She tried to kiss the boy but he pulled away.'
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, later told police he had consumed 10 bottles of the vodka-based drink WKD and was really drunk.
'The defendant took the intoxicated boy up to bed,' Mr Bennett said.
'There is no doubt that at the time she knew he was only 12 years of age when she placed him on her own son's bed.'
Sullivan undressed him and had sexual intercourse with him while he was incapacitated.
The next day the boy - described in court as a 'young-looking 12-year-old' - had a heavy hangover and Sullivan told him: 'I had sex with you and if anyone finds out it's classed as rape and everything'.
'Each time the defendant had sexual intercourse with the boy she would place a star in her diary against the relevant date,' Mr Bennett said.
'It is clear from the entries in her diary that the defendant believed she was in a relationship with the boy.'
In the diary entry for May 17, which recorded the 76th time they had sex, Sullivan wrote 'come on'.
On August 1 - marking the 174th occasion - she wrote 'got to reach 200'.
'It also appears from her diary that she encouraged him to shave off his pubic hair as part of her celebration,' Mr Bennett said.
'In her diary on that date, together with three stars, is the comment '(name) shaved pubes'.'
Mr Bennett added: 'The defendant groomed him by buying him gifts to keep him happy.'
She would send her own son to stay with his grandparents so she and the victim had the house to themselves.
'The defendant's 12-year-old son had seen the defendant having sex with the boy,' the prosecutor said.
'He had seen this in the house when the defendant wasn't aware he was there. He had also seen this on video footage recorded by the defendant on her mobile phone.'
Rumours began to circulate around the boy's school that he was in a relationship with Sullivan and that she was pregnant.
Sullivan was 'quite indiscreet about the relationship', sending friends texts or MSN computer messages about what she was doing.
When the allegations were reported to the police, Sullivan denied any sexual activity had taken place.
Andrew Turton, defending, said: 'What Angela Sullivan did was wrong.
'It is quite clear that she did participate in a relationship with him and that the complainant was a willing participant in what went on.'
Sullivan, who had no previous convictions, was also placed on the Sex Offenders' Register for life.
Speaking after the case, Acting Detective Inspector John Wrintmore, of Cleveland Police, said: 'We are pleased with the outcome of this difficult investigation and hope those affected by Angela Sullivan's actions can take a big step forward in rebuilding their lives.
'Angela Sullivan has clearly preyed on, and taken complete advantage of a vulnerable young boy.
'Sexual offences of any type, particularly where children are the victims, are treated extremely seriously by the police and courts and this sentence clearly demonstrates the consequences of such actions.
'Finally, I wish to commend the courage and strength of character shown by the young victim in this case as it would not have been an easy task to talk quite openly about what had happened.
'Without this we would not have been able to progress the investigation to this conclusion.'
Schoolboy rapist who attacked pregnant woman at knife-point aged 14 is jailed for six years

A 'cowardly and depraved' serial rapist, who was just a schoolboy when he attacked a pregnant woman at knifepoint, was jailed for six years today.
, then 14, pounced on the lone 20-year-old after spotting her walking through a dark south London park in 1994.
Attacking her from behind, he held a knife to her throat and then partially stripped her as she vainly pleaded for mercy because she was 11 weeks pregnant.
London's Southwark Crown Court heard as her painful and 'violent' ordeal unfolded she was raped, sodomised and forced to perform a sex act.
After he had finished, he marched the sobbing woman to the park perimeter where he told her not look back and warned he would kill her if she told police.
Despite an extensive police inquiry, Dolan - known at the time as Zenone Hoedemaker - remained free for years.
Then he attacked another woman in the same Camberwell park in 1998.
This time he was caught and on the second day of his Old Bailey trial - after forcing the 25-year-old woman to give evidence - he changed his plea to guilty.
He was jailed for six years.
But Stephanie Farrimond, prosecuting, said another decade was to pass before a 'cold case' police review of the first rape took place.
Fortunately, scientific advances in DNA profiling matched 'samples' retrieved from both attacks and led to Dolan's identification last year.
After his arrest his first victim told police in an impact statement: 'The night he violently raped me was the night I could have lost my unborn child.
'I pleaded with him and told him over and over that I was 11 weeks pregnant but he showed no remorse and he continued doing what he did.
'This haunts me now and will do so forever,' she added.
Today the crop-haired rapist, who has since moved from his then home in Camberwell to Bussey Road, Norwich, hung his head in apparent shame as Judge David Higgins described the offences of rape, buggery and indecent assault he had admitted as 'three of the most serious criminal offences which can come before a court'.
Sitting a few feet away from him, in the public gallery, was his victim.
The judge continued: 'At the time you were 14 years old when you attacked from behind a woman walking alone through a park.
'She told you correctly that she was 11 weeks pregnant but still you persisted with your attack. It was sustained and involved the removal of some of her clothes.
'That the ordeal was an utterly hideous one for your victim is merely stating the obvious.
'Even though, inevitably, she was in an appalling state immediately after the attack, she did manage to contact the police with the aid of a passer-by.
'She was then subjected to the further pain and humiliation of the ensuing investigation, including an intimate medical examination which, necessarily, she had to endure.'
He told Dolan, who has dozens of previous convictions for thefts, drugs and 'offences against the person', his victim's statement about her years of suffering made disturbing reading.
'Frankly it would be difficult either to exaggerate or properly to summarise the terrible impact of your crimes on your victim's life.
'She was, of course, terrified she might lose her unborn child.
'Her change of personality consequent upon such an ordeal badly affected her day to day life and her relations with other people, particularly the relations of an intimate nature with her partner.
'The fact that you have been caught only recently has, of course, taken a terrible toll.
'Her fear has been a constant companion for 14 years. She feels your apprehension might help her to a degree. '
The judge told Dolan that while he would get credit for his guilty pleas, they were clearly prompted by the overwhelming DNA evidence.
And while it would not count against him, it was also worthwhile noting his decision to admit the second rape came only after he had forced his victim to relive her suffering in the witness box.
'These matters are not without significance when considering the sincerity of your current expressions of remorse or the degree to which you have reformed.
'It seems to me you only admit what you are forced to admit. It is plain you had not the least intention of alleviating some of your victim's agony by a timely confession much earlier so that the slate could be wiped clean.
'Put simply your behaviour was cowardly, cruel, depraved, despicable, disgusting and deeply anti-social.
'You were 14 years old but even then you can not have been unaware of the terrible things you were doing.
'You must accept responsibility for your terrible acts. There can, of course, be only one result,' the judge added.

The daughter of the lead singer of The Mamas And The Papas had a long-term incestuous relationship with her father, she revealed yesterday.
Mackenzie Phillips said her father John first raped her when she was 19 - on the night before her wedding.
She also recalled how she became pregnant - but had an abortion after not being sure whether the baby belonged to her father or her husband, who had no idea about the secret affair.
But as her life began to spiral out of control on drugs, the sex became consensual for almost a decade.
Miss Phillips, now 49, also accused her father of introducing her to heroin when she was still a teenager, missing the vein when he tried to inject her and turning her arm numb.
The bombshell family secrets were unveiled in a tell-all memoir, High On Arrival, published yesterday in the United States.
But the troubled actress also spoke for the first time last night about her incest ordeal in an interview with talk show queen Oprah Winfrey.
She said in her book that her father turned up on the eve of her 1979 wedding to Jeff Sessler - a member of the Rolling Stones entourage - determined to stop the marriage.
I had tons of pills, and dad had tons of everything, too. Eventually I passed out on dad's bed,' she wrote.
'My father was not a man with boundaries. He was full of love, and he was sick with drugs.
'I woke up that night from a blackout to find myself having sex with my own father. Had this happened before? I didn't know. All I can say is it was the first time I was aware of it.
For a moment I was in my body, in that horrible truth, and then I slid back into a blackout.'
Mackenzie also told Oprah Winfrey her father taught her to roll joints at ten and she tried cocaine for the first time at eleven.
From being raped as a teenager by her father while she was in a drug-addled stupor, Ms Phillips said the relationship became consensual and lasted almost a decade.
'We're touring, and I begin waking up after drug-fuelled events with my pants around my ankles and my father sleeping beside me,’ she said.
‘Again, [I thought]: "Don't think. Don't look. Just keep going." And this happened over time. It didn't happen every day. It didn't happen every week, but it certainly happened.
Accepting there will be a ‘backlash’ over her confession from people saying she should have known better, she said: ‘It's sort of the Stockholm Syndrome, where you begin to love your captor. And I felt great love for my father.’
She finally ended the relationship after she became pregnant – and didn’t know whether her husband, who knew nothing of her incestuous affair, or her own father was the parent.’
‘I had an abortion,’ she said. ‘And I never let my father touch me again.
‘It was one of those moments where you're either going to live or die, I don't mean death. I mean, wake up dead. Dead to feeling. Dead to reality,’ she added.
She said her father knew it could be his child, so he paid for the abortion.
‘My father was not a bad man. He was kind of a testament to what drugs and alcohol - in huge quantities - can do to a person's priorities. Their motives,’ she said. ‘I don't hate him. I understand that he was a very tortured man, and he sort of passed that torture down to me.’
Ms Phillips also told the daytime chat show host that Mick Jagger seduced her at eighteen, a conquest she called a ‘dubious distinction'.
Rather than drive them apart, the rape and, more specifically, the drugs pulled father and daughter even closer and they went into rehab together.
Miss Phillips, the musician's daughter from his first marriage to heiress Susan Adams, divorced Sessler two years later.
'I was a fragment of a person and my secret isolated me,' she wrote.
'One night, dad said, "We could just run away to a country where no-one would look down on us. There are countries where this is an accepted practice. Maybe Fiji".
'He was completely delusional. "No," I thought, "we're going to hell for this.''
'Papa' John was the chief songwriter and leader of the iconic group that topped the charts around the world in the Sixties with hits such as California Dreamin' and Monday, Monday.
He died in 2001 at the age of 65 after a long battle with drug and alcohol addiction.
Before his death, Miss Phillips said she confronted her father, saying to him: 'We have to talk about when you raped me.'
Her father reportedly replied: 'You mean when we made love?'
In her interview with Oprah Winfrey yesterday, Miss Phillips described how her father set her on the path to the drug abuse that she, too, has battled half of her life.

'My father shot me up for the first time,' she said. 'I remember going into my room, I was crouched on the floor. He put the needle in my arm and put the plunger in and he missed. He missed the vein and my whole arm went numb.'
Her constant drug use got her fired in the early 1980s from the U.S. sitcom One Day At A Time.
Miss Phillips starred in the film American Graffiti and has appeared in numerous TV shows over the years, including NYPD Blue and the Disney series So Weird.
Her latest scrape with the law came last October when she was arrested at Los Angeles airport in possession of heroin, cocaine and needles. A judge ordered her into drug rehabilitation.
Despite the incest revelation, Miss Phillips still tried to defend her father, saying: 'Please don't hate him.'
She said she forgave him on his deathbed, telling him: 'I would not be the woman I am, had I not been your daughter. So I want you to know that I forgive you, and I love you very, very much.'
John Phillips had three other children - son Jeffrey and daughters Bijou, a model and Chynna, who formed her own pop group, Wilson Phillips.
Chynna, 41, said her sister had told her she had a ten-year relationship with their father. 'Somebody could have dropped a piano on my head and I wouldn't have felt it. But I knew it was true,' she said.
