Jackie Chan
Hong Kong actor, Jackie Chan, will visit Nigeria on September 4, 2015.
Mr. Chan, who is also a martial artist, film director, producer, stuntman, and singer, will be performing his mesmerizing skills while telling stories across cinemas in Nigeria.
He will be performing one of his finest works,”Dragon Blade” in which the likes of Golden Globe Winner (John Cusack), Academy Award Winner (Adrien Brody) featured.
The movie “Dragon Blade” is worth $65million dollar.
The movie tells the story of HuoAn (Jackie Chan) a Hun, serving as the captain of the Protection Squad Silk Road.
The Hong Kong cinematic hero, Jackie Chan, has reportedly made $50 million last year, making him the second highest paid actor in the world, according to the recent Forbes ranking.
"Jackie Chan is basically the Mickey Mouse of Chinese culture, a celebrity who is so omnipresent that his name has become shorthand," says Grady Hendrix, cofounder of the New York Asian Film Festival in an interview with Forbes.
The 61-year old actor has not had any major action flicks in the last five years. For this reason, many are wondering how he was able to amass such earnings.
Chan is one of the few in show business that knows the fundamentals and depth of the industry.
While not very visible in mainstream Hollywood, the "Rush Hour" protagonist starred and led "Dragon Blade" movie. The film was not yet released in the United States, but has earned $120 million in China, which stars Adrien Brody and John Cusack.

It can also be remembered that earlier this year, the actor's son Jaycee Chan who was pressed with drug charges, appeared before the media after six months in jail and apologized for his actions.
A few months later, Jackie Chan travelled to Singapore and became an anti-illegal drugs ambassador to the youth.
