Petrol And Diesel Cars to be Banned From London streets in 2020

Petrol and diesel vehicles will be banned from a street in central London next year in an innovative attempt to reduce pollution, officials have said.

Officials said Beech Street which runs under the Barbican Estate in London will only be accessible to pedestrians, cyclists and zero emission vehicles from Spring 2020 as part of a new City of London initiative.

Cars that breach the ban will be fined £130. Electric and hydrogen vehicles will be permitted to access the street while hybrid vehicles may only use it if they have the capability to drive for at least 20 miles in zero-emission mode.
The petrol and diesel ban will be enforced 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Beech Street experiences high levels of air pollution as it is a busy, enclosed thoroughfare, the City of London said. A significant improvement in air quality is expected.
Emergency and refuse collection vehicles will be exempt from the ban. The 153 bus route which is fully electric will continue to be allowed to access Beech Street. The trial will also consider whether other London streets should adopt similar measures.
The petrol and diesel vehicle ban will be first rolled out as an 18-month trial during which air quality and traffic will be monitored. If successful, the ban may be made permanent.
The aim of the scheme is to bring nitrogen dioxide levels within air quality guidelines set out by the World Health Organisation and EU.
Oliver Sells QC, chairman of the Streets and Walkways planning and transport committee vowed the scheme would bring “substantial health benefits” to those who live and work in teh Barbican area. “It will also help to reduce noise pollution” he said.
“The experimental scheme will be enforced using the latest in smart camera technology and I hope it will be the first of many other schemes like this.”

Rwanda becomes first African country to launch smartphone factory

Rwanda’s Mara Group on Monday, launched two smartphones,  describing them as the first “Made in Africa” models and giving a boost to the country’s ambitions to become a regional technology hub.

The Mara X and Mara Z will use Google’s Android operating system and cost 175,750 Rwandan francs ($190) and 120,250 Rwandan francs ($130) respectively.

They will compete with Samsung, whose cheapest smartphone costs 50,000 Rwandan francs ($54), and non-branded phones at 35,000 Rwandan francs ($37). Mara Group CEO Ashish Thakkar said it was targeting customers willing to pay more for quality.

“This is the first smartphone manufacturer in Africa,” Thakkar told Reuters after touring the company alongside Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame.

Companies assemble smartphones in Egypt, Ethiopia, Algeria and South Africa, but import the components, he said.

“We are actually the first who are doing manufacturing. We are making the motherboards, we are making the sub-boards during the entire process,” he said. “There are over 1,000 pieces per phone.”

Thakkar said the plant had cost $24 million and could make 1,200 phones per day.

Mara Group hopes to profit from the African Continental Free Trade Agreement, a pact aimed at forming a 55-nation trade bloc, to boost sales across Africa, Thakkar said.

The agreement is due to begin trading in July next year, aiming to unite 1.3 billion people and create a $3.4 trillion economic bloc. But it is still in the very early stages and no timelines have been agreed for abolishing tariffs.

Jonathan Didn’t Allow Us To Rescue Chibok School Girls after we located them in Sambisa, Says David Cameron

Former British prime minister, David Cameron, has alleged that ex-President Goodluck Jonathan did not give enough support to Britain during the abduction of 274 schoolgirls in Chibok, Borno state.
The abduction, which took place on April 14 2014, had sparked a global outrage following which the international community offered to assist Nigeria.
In For The Record, his memoir, Cameron, who was in office at the time of the incident, said British troops traced the location of some of the victims and offered to help but Jonathan refused.
“Iraq wasn’t the only place we would need our military to counter this extremist menace. Boko Haram in Nigeria was linked to al-Qaeda, and believed Western education and lifestyles were a sin (the meaning behind its name). It too wanted to institute a caliphate, and like ISIS it would use whatever barbaric means it thought necessary,” Cameron wrote in the book.
“In early 2014 a group of its fighters centered the government secondary school in the village of Chibok, seizing 276 teenage girls. They were taken to camps deep in the forest. The Christians among them were forced to convert to Islam. Many were sold as slaves, entering the same endless violent nightmare the Yazidi women suffered.
“As ‘Bring Back Our Girls’ campaign spread across the world, we embedded a team of military and intelligence experts in Nigeria, and sent spy planes and Tornadoes with thermal imaging to search for the missing girls. And, amazingly, from the skies above a forest three times the size of Wales, we managed to locate some of them.
But Nigeria’s president, Goodluck Jonathan, seemed to be asleep at the wheel. When he eventually made a statement, it was to accuse the campaigners of politicising the tragedy. And absolutely crucially, when we offered to help rescue the girls we had located, he refused.”
TheCable sent messages to Ikechukwu Eze, spokesman of Jonathan, seeking his reaction to Cameron’s claim but he had not responded as of the time this report was filed.
But in an interview with BBC last year, Jonathan had said Boko Haram should be blamed for the abduction of the girls because as a president he could not go to the battlefield to fight insurgents.
“I cannot take responsibility for the abduction, I don’t control Boko Haram. They are criminals. But as a President, of course you know it is not the President that goes to the field. You have security and intelligence officers that do the work,” he had said.
“Let me admit that yes, maybe they did their best but their best was not good enough for us to recover the girls. That I cannot say I am right or I am wrong. That does not mean I am trying to remove myself from any blame.
I may not be blamed for the action but I could be blamed that my security intelligence system was not strong enough to rescue the girls. If I as a politician could tell the whole world that my political ambition for any office is not worth the blood of a single Nigerian, how would I be happy that girls have been kidnapped? I am not that kind of character.”
In his book, Cameron also said the Nigerian army was unable to participate in operations the US and UK forces organised for the rescue of Chibok schoolgirls because of “politically appointed generals”.
The ex-British prime minister wrote on how the Archbishop of Canterbury was contacted to assist during the intervention in Nigeria.
“We had to play the long game focusing on a much bigger training effort for the Nigerian military and intelligence forces and trying to promote more energetic leaders from the younger generation. The Archbishop of Canterbury, as an expert on Nigeria, could be particularly useful on this and I invited him to join our NSC discussion,” he wrote.
“Some of the girls have managed to escape over the following four years, and others have been released, but over a hundred are still missing. Once again. the combination of Islamist extremism and bad governance proved fatal.
“How did I feel about all this at the end of 2014? The answer is, depressed. ISIS now occupied an area larger than Britain. A similar brand of terrorism was being wrought by Boko Harem in west Africa), another ISIS affiliate in north Africa, and by al-Shabab (‘the youth) in east Africa, while related groups were springing up in the Philippines, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and the Caucasus. There seemed to be no stopping an evil ideology that seduced minds from the badlands of Syt’tato bedrooms in Birmingham. When I spoke about the challenge publicly I tried to remain measured and resolute. But privately did asked myself, would we ever be able to defeat this thing?”
A total of 112 Chibok schoolgirls have remained unaccounted for. The government of President Muhammadu Buhari secured the release of more than 100 while 57 managed to escape.

Reacting to the former Prime Minister's claim, Jonathan in a statement released by his media aide, Ikechukwu Eze,  said Cameron was a liar.

“I read the comments by former British Prime Minister, David Cameron, in his new book, For the Record, in which he accused me and the Nigerian Government, which I headed, of corruption and rejecting the help of the British Government in rescuing the Chibok Girls, who were kidnapped on April 14, 2014,” he said.

“It is quite sad that Mr. Cameron would say this because nothing of such ever occurred. As President of Nigeria, I not only wrote letters to then Prime Minister David Cameron, I also wrote to the then US President, Barrack Obama, and the then French President, François Hollande, as well as the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, appealing to them for help in rescuing the Chibok Girls.

“How could I write to appeal for help and then reject the very thing I appealed for?

“Also, history contradicts Mr. Cameron. On March 8, 2012, when the same Boko Haram linked terrorists abducted a British expatriate named Chris McManus, along with an Italian hostage Franco Lamolinara, in Sokoto, I, as Nigerian President, personally authorised a rescue effort by members of the British military Special Boat Service supported by officers and men of the Nigerian Army, to free the abducted men.

“So, having set a precedent like that, why would I reject British help in rescuing the Chibok Girls, if it was offered? I also authorised the secret deployment of troops from the United Kingdom, the United States and Israel as a result of the Chibok incident, so how Mr. Cameron could say this with a straight face beats me.

“I would urge the public to take Mr. Cameron’s accusations with a grain of salt. I will not be the first person to accuse him of lying on account of this book, and with the reactions in the UK so far, I definitely will not be the last.

Moreover, on March 8, 2017, the British Government of former Prime Minister, Theresa May, in a widely circulated press statement, debunked this allegation and said there was no truth in it after Mr. Cameron had made similar statements to the Observer of the UK.

In his book, Mr. Cameron failed to mention that I wrote him requesting his help on Chibok. Why did he suppress that information? I remind him that copies of that letter exist at the State Houses in Nigeria and London. He never called me on the phone to offer any help. On the contrary, I am the one that reached out to him.” Jonathan said in his statement

17-yr- Old Girl Sets Herself Ablaze Over Fiancee's Inability To Pay Her Bride Price in Zamfara

A 17-year-old girl identified as Aisha has burned herself beyond recognition because her lover could not afford to pay her dowry in Albarkawa area of Gusau metropolis, Zamfara State.

According to our source, Aisha set herself alight on Sunday, August 8, after her lover said the N17,000 dowry her parents were demanding was too much for him to pay.

Aisha and her boyfriend identified as Umar have reportedly been dating for a long time until her parents’ ‘expensive’ dowry scared the young man away.\
Quote
“She brought a gallon of petrol and a matchbox. She got her self drenched in the petrol and struck a match stick and within a second she got engulfed in flames,” Aisha’s neighbour is quoted as saying in an interview with Daily Trust.

“Even before setting her self ablaze, her younger sister had tried hard to stop her from taking the dangerous decision by flinging the matchbox from her hand as any time she attempted to strike the matches the younger sister would stop her until when she became tired of stopping and went away.

The girl then ran outside the house screaming for help until some good Samaritans arrived and put out the raging flames tormenting her.

The girl’s father said he had no money to take her to the hospital as he could only boast of N750 at the time the incident happened.”

Since her parents are not financially sound to take her to the hospital for professional treatment, Aisha was reportedly kept at home where Orthodox and other traditional medicines were being administered to her.

American doctors discover medical procedure that could delay menopause by 20 years

In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) experts in Britain have developed a surgical procedure that could delay the onset of menopause for up to 20 years.
The procedure advances by removing a small piece of the patients’ ovarian tissue which is then sliced up and frozen for the purpose of preservation and later implantation.
On reaching the ideal age for menopause, the frozen tissue is thawed out and grafted back into the body, thereby restoring the woman’s declining sex hormones; halting menopause; and also putting off adverse health conditions.
The surgery is now being offered to women who are up to the age of 40 by ProFam, a Birmingham-based company, at a cost ranging between £7,000 and £11,000.
Simon Fishel, the founder of ProFam and president of the UK Care Fertility Group, said the surgery is capable of putting off anxiety, insomnia, reduced sex drive, and other health conditions that presage the reproductive stage.
Quote
“This has the potential to be of significant benefit to any woman who may want to delay the menopause for any reason, or those women who would have taken HRT, and there are lots of benefits around that,”
Fishel to The Guardian.
While similar procedures have been adopted with cancer patients, the specialists said it would benefit women who experience adverse heart conditions, bone-weakening osteoporosis, and other serious menopause-triggered conditions.
According to them, a total of nine women have so far undergone the procedure and would have their tissues replaced in the coming decades, provided the tissues survive the process.
The length of time for which the procedure would put off menopause, the specialists stated, would depend on the age at which the surgery was performed but that could last up to 20 years for women of age 25.
Quote
“This is the first project in the world to provide healthy women ovarian tissue cryopreservation purely to delay the menopause,”
Yousri Afifin, ProFam’s chief medical officer, told The Sunday Times.

9-yr old Nigerian boy builds over 30 mobile games with a free programming application

A 9-year-old Nigerian school boy, Basil Okware is building a hide and seek game, using a free programming application called Scratch 2.

Scratch 2 allows users to create games, animations, and stories online or offline. So far, Basil has used it to generate more than 30 mobile games.

Today’s game involves a bat he has programmed to hide. The player gets a point every time he catches the bat when it emerges from its hiding place.

Quote
“I learned how to build games at a boot camp. Now, I build to keep me busy when I am bored,”
Basil told us

In March, his father signed him up for a five-day boot camp for children aged 5 to 15.

The camp, organized by Codefest International, was put in place to give children like Basil access to emerging technologies like robotics and virtual reality.

Growing up, Basil used to play a lot of mobile games says his father, Basil Okpara Sr.

“I bought him a tablet when he was 4 years old because I saw that he was always grabbing phones to play games with. He played Candy Crush and Temple Run a lot,” the father told us.
But Basil’s interest in creating his games grew at age 7 after he got scolded for spending all of his time playing.

Quote
“There was this day he was on the tablet, as usual, he was so carried away with the game he was playing that I got upset with him,” his father said.

“Out of annoyance, I said to him, ‘you are always playing games, can’t you think about building your own games so others can play yours too?’. I was angry when I said it, and I did not know he took it seriously,”
he added.

Since then, Basil actively showed interest in learning how to make his own games, prompting his parents to buy him a laptop and register him to learn the first steps of building games.

Basil, who wants to be a scientist in the future, titles his games based on what they are about.

The games are still in their raw form and can currently only be accessed on computers that have Scratch 2 installed.

But according to his father one of them, titled Frog attack, will be available to the public on Google play store in August.

Africa has the largest youth population in the world, and like Basil, this population is taking the lead when it comes to innovation on the continent.

Two Nigerian 12-year-olds were recently celebrated for using codes to build robots to sort out their house chores.

In May, team Acrobot, a Ghanaian all-girls high school team won the 2019 Robofest competition by programming robots to stack boxes.

And with Africa experiencing increased investment from tech giants like Google and Microsoft, Basil and his peers are on their way to becoming future coding stars.

UNILORIN Female PHD Student Invents Anti-Tuberculosis Metal Drug

A PhD student from University of Ilorin, Misitura Lawal-Arowona, has made history for inventing anti-tuberculosis metal drug to cut the death of around 1.6 million people that die from tuberculosis yearly mostly from India and Africa.

The University of Ilorin Bulletin, on Monday, stated that the student, who is being supervised by Prof. Joshua Obaleye, former Dean, Faculty of Science of Unilorin, was currently undergoing a sandwich fellowship at the Faculty of Science of The Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara, India.
According to the News Agency of Nigeria, the metal attached anti-TB drug developed by Arowona has improved the efficiency of the anti-TB drugs compared to normal drugs that are consumed globally.
It said Nigeria was among the 14 high burden countries for TB, TB/HIV and multi-drug resistant TB.
“The country is ranked seventh among the 30 high TB burden countries and second in Africa and the problem of TB in Nigeria has been made worse by the issues of drug-resistant TB and the HIV/AIDS.
“It is estimated that about 407, 000 people in Nigeria have TB in a year,” it said.
The publication explained that Arowona, who is in Vadodara for a year-long project, said, “Earlier studies have proved that when a metal is attached with a pharmaceutical, it increases the efficacy of the drug.
“Taking a cue from cisplatin, an anti-cancer drug, whose efficacy improved after applying platinum as metal, the scholar worked on multiple metal-based drugs to see whether the efficiency of anti-TB drugs can be increased by attaching metals to it”.
Also quoting a Professor of Chemistry, Rajendrasinh Jadeja, of Sayajirao University, India, the Nigerian scholar used metals-like ion, cobalt, copper and zinc to prepare the metallodrugs.
The don stated, “The drugs, which have been developed, include ciprofloxacin HCl, ofloxacin, pyrazinamide and moxifloxacin HCl. Presently, there is no metal-based anti-TB drug available in the market.
“When we compared the metallodrugs with the original anti-TB drugs, the metallodrugs were more effective. We did an in-vitro test against bacteria. The metals we have chosen are non-harmful to human beings. Also, we found that of all the metallodrugs, the copper complex of ciprofloxacin is most effective.”
The bulletin stated that Arowona was pursuing her research at MSU under fellowship sponsored by the Italy-based World Academy of Sciences and the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India.
“The scholar had her B.Sc and M.Sc (Chemistry) from the University of Ilorin. She has to her credit many journals published locally and internationally,” it said..

Lionel Messi Banned From International Football

FC Barcelona and Argentina captain, Lionel Messi, has been banned from international football for three months by the South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL) following his claim the Copa America was corrupt.

The 32-year-old forward was sent off during Argentina’s 2-1 third-place play-off defeat of Chile and he later said the competition was fixed for hosts Brazil.

He has also been fined about N18 million (about 50,000 dollars or 41,121 pounds). Messi has seven days to appeal the decision to suspend him, as well as the fine.

The ban means Messi will miss Argentina’s upcoming friendly matches against Chile, Mexico and Germany in September and October.

The ban will however not disrupt Argentina’s qualifying campaign for the 2022 FIFA World Cup, as the qualifiers begin in March.

After Argentina’s 2-0 semi-final defeat by hosts Brazil, the Argentine Football Association had complained about “serious and gross refereeing errors”. Messi was shown a red card in the 37th minute against Chile, following a clash with Gary Medel, who was also dismissed. “We don’t have to be part of this corruption,” Messi had said. “They have showed us a lack of respect throughout this tournament. “Sadly, the corruption, the referees, they don’t allow people to enjoy football, they ruined it a bit.” CONMEBOL had responded by saying accusations questioning the integrity of the Copa America were “unfounded” and “represent a lack of respect”.

6 containers loaded with ‘poisonous’ tomato paste arrive Nigerian Ports from Iran

Nigeria Customs Service has revealed that six containers of ‘poisonous’ Iranian tomato paste, branded as Shirin Asal my tomato paste, have arrived Nigerian seaports for onward clearance into local markets.

The NCS has, therefore, raised the alarm concerning the arrival of the dangerous tomato paste from Iran, urging other government agencies to work with the service in order to ensure it does not get into the Nigerian markets.

According to sources at the ports, the six containers arrived at the nation’s seaports via a ship named Investment Limited, and are awaiting clearance by concerned government agencies.

“We heard that the tomato paste are poisonous. But they have arrived at the ports, and might get cleared except the customs liaise with other government agencies at the ports. You know that most of these government agencies operate independently at the ports.

“The six containers contain products that fall under the jurisdiction of cargoes examined by the NAFDAC. So, if the NAFDAC does not synergise with customs, some of them might just find their way into our markets,” a clearing agent who begged not to have his name in print told our source.

However, in a move to stop the tomato paste from entering into Nigerian markets, the NCS, in a memo signed by the Deputy Comptroller General Tarrif & Trade to all customs commands, warned that all efforts must be put in place.

According to the internal memo which was sighted by our source and entitled: ‘Re: Importation of expired Iranian tomato paste’ with reference number NCS/T&T/I&E/021/S.112/Vol.71, the customs stated that: “It has been reported that six containers of expired and low quality Iranian tomato paste, Shirin Asal my tomato with brix 20-22 instead of the recommended brix 27-29 have been imported into the country by M.T.V Investment Limited.

“Consumption of the paste is said to be harmful to human health.

“Consequently, all Customs Area Controller (CAC) are directed to put appropriate mechanism in place to debar entry of the said paste and liaise with relevant agencies to forestall distribution and consumption.”

Dutch car makers, Lightyear, unveil world's first solar car

Dutch Carmakers, Lightyear has unveiled the world’s first solar cars.  This is even more audacious than electric cars. Can you imagine having solar cars in Nigeria? Nigeria is one of the hottest nations on earth and the scorching heat from the sun is responsible for the hotness. There are cars that can use the heat from the sun to operate, no need for petrol! Can you even imagine what this means? There is a chance that electric generators could be invented to use Solar energy! this is all incredible stuffs!

The Lightyear One was unveiled on Tuesday priced at €149,000 - around £134,000. Customers who want to secure one of the first 500 'pioneer' examples with need to pay a reservation fee of €119,000 (£106,166).

The car, which has five square metres of solar panels on the roof and bonnet, is claimed to have a range of 725 kilometres (450 miles) from a full charge of the relatively small battery powering the vehicle.

With Department for Transport calculating that the average motorist covers 7,134 miles annually, it means Britons could drive all-year-round for free – granted the sun comes out for long enough to charge the One’s battery.

At the launch event in Katwijk, Holland, bosses revealed key pieces of information about the solar car that's due to be delivered to owners in 2021.

They said it can be charged directly from the sun, which can generate a maximum of 20,000km worth of free energy per year.

But it can also be charged from existing electric vehicle plug-in points while it's also boosting the batteries using its solar panels, effectively charging much faster than traditional EVs already on the market.

An overnight charge from a 230-volt socket will provide customers with 400km of range, around 250 miles.

Lex Hoefsloot, ceo and co-founder of Lightyear said the car 'represents a new era of driving'.

'Two years of dreaming, thinking and working hard have led to this milestone, which is a giant leap towards achieving our mission of making clean mobility available to everyone.'

Lightyear was founded in 2016 by the Solar Team Eindhoven, which won the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge in 2013, 2015 and 2017.

How Facebook reunited identical twin girls who were swapped at birth 19 yrs ago

A hospital in Kenya has finally confirmed that two Kakamega girls, Sharon Mathias and Melon Lutenyo, are identical twins.

While browsing, Sharon had come across Melon and sent her a ‘friend request’. No sooner had she ‘accepted’, the request, the two started engaging in a war of words over the authenticity of the other’s online profile.

They were both suspicious of their striking resemblance but after the online altercation they chose to cut off their communication. The two finally met in December 2018 at a bus stop in Kakamega town.

This was prompted by constant mention by their teachers and schoolmates about their resemblance. Soon, their communication became frequent to the extent that they introduced each other to their parents.

In April 2019, both families resorted to solve the mystery by seeking professional help. Lancet Kenya then offered to carry out a DNA test at subsidised cost. The result eventually confirmed that they are twins.
.
Their mother, Ms Onyango, is said to have gone to Kakamega Hospital while pregnant on August 15, 1999. .

She expected to deliver triplets but when she regained consciousness after delivery through a caesarean section, she was informed that she had given birth to twins.

The twins were placed in an incubator for a week due to low birth weight. She said that she had been in doubt since her twin daughters Melon and Melvin did not turn out identical.

Also Ms Omina, who has just been confirmed not to be Sharon’s biological mother, said that she gave birth on August 14, 1999, just a day before Ms Onyango had her delivery.

However, the Director of Criminal Investigations office will still pursue the case of the identical twins switched at birth, even after the family said they will not press charges against the hospital.

10 patients go blind same day after injection at Kaduna hospital

10 out-patients who are regular patients of the National Eye Centre, Kaduna became totally blind the same day they received injections for eye-related problems.
Following this unfortunate incident, the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) intervened and took the drug for a test. The agency’s findings are being awaited.
Shocked by the development, the hospital management recalled all the affected patients and placed them on free treatment and feeding.
Our source gathered that despite the efforts of the hospital management, none of the patients is yet to regain his or her sight.
A source said that when the incident occurred, NAFDAC went to the hospital within 48 hours and took a sample of the drug that was administered on the male and female patients including the one that was not opened for investigation and analysis.
The sad incident reportedly took place in May this year.
Some of the victims, who narrated their experiences to our source said they were still in shock on how they suddenly became blind after taking the injection.
They said that they were yet to get satisfactory explanations on the cause(s) of their blindness the same day after they were injected with a drug in the same bottle.
The management of the hospital said they were not leaving any stone unturned to ensure that the victims regain their sight.
The hospital authorities said they had embarked on a thorough investigation to unravel the circumstances that led to the unfortunate incident.
The chief medical director (CMD), Dr. Mahmoud Alhassan, said that the hospital had been injecting other patients with the same drug without any problem.

He said:

“The injection they were given is the same drug we use to give to patients to reduce bleeding in the eye, especially for diabetics and other patients.
“Interestingly, this is the second, third and last time some of them are taking this particular drug and these reactions just took place.
“The drug is made by Russians. One of the patients complained that her vision had gone down so she came and we thought it was abnormal reactions; we treated it as an infection. We took actions and gave them drugs.

“We still have to clean the eyes, their vision will come back,"
the CMD said.

Alhassan, who confirmed that NAFDAC came to the hospital within 48 hours of the incident and took samples of the drug, said that it included the used and the unused drugs.

“The point is that these eyes are severely affected eyes. Their vision is poor and we are trying to help them. We have been talking to them and doing our best but it might take two to three months to achieve the desired results because eyes heal gradually. They will be able to get them back,” he said.
“In fact, two of them are very happy now because their situation is now better than it was before. Aside the medical efforts we are making, we are also carrying out necessary investigation, we are not happy with the situation and we will address it accordingly,” he said.
